Since the year Dot (1990 in mountain bike racing history), she has been a high profile athlete known for giving 100% commitment to her racing and her professional career. Missy, who has been riding on her own for the past two years, is ready to return to a large team. Here she may impart her knowledge and experience to a younger group of riders. Despite a broken ankle in 2000, some would say because of it, Missy is currently the greatest threat to the equally impressive Anne-Caroline Chausson in this year's World Championship and World Cup.
Missy is 29 years of age, lives in Durango, Colorado, USA and is of Sicilian extraction. She speaks English and a little French.
